The racquet has a full carbon graphite shaft with an alluminium head shaped perfectly for perfect centering of the cork on the guts. Feels great and has just the right amount of stiffness when smashing or dropping. This racquet overall feels and looks great and for a yonex it's prized i would say very decently. overall a geat buy for an intermediate player. 5 stars

My wife and I are absolute beginners and are learning that the equipment is important. We learned the hard way to get nice shuttlecocks, however the difference between this racquet and the one Amazon sells for $11 is not as dramatic as I thought. This racquet has a nice feel and I'm glad I could afford it and will use it, but if I did not have the extra money I'd do just as well with the cheaper racquet. And I'm not sure that my game is improved, though I do enjoy the very responsive feel of this racquet. You don't get free shipping either.

Bottom line: If you can afford it, get this racquet, but if not, you won't miss much with the half as expensive Halex racquet: Halex 10mm Aluminum Badminton Racket 5 stars

I ordered this rack a few weeks ago and have been using it ever since. A friend of mine has a $200 racket by the same company, and while he thought my racket was a bit heavier than his , he considered my purchase as an excellent one. 5 stars
