I lost 50 lbs the normal healthy way - by strict diet and excersize - over the course of 9 months. I still had 10 lbs to go to reach my goal weight that I had set to meet at the begining of the year and was stuck! I continued with my healthy diet and excersize for two months and didn't budge a pound so I asked my friend who is a trainer for help. He reccomended Venom as a supplement to my already active/healthy lfestyle. I have been using it for two weeks and have already shed 4 lbs!You must follow the directions on the bottle and it helps if you work out and eat healthy while youre taking it. If you are planning on eating an egg mcmuffin and sitting on the couch waiting for it to melt away the fat - sorry it's not going to work like that. What it will do is give you extra energy and focus that can be translated into your workouts while providing a lite appitite suppressant which I found works wonders for me being a "bordem" eater (IE when I'm sitting around bored I tend to eat just to have somthing to do). I still eat three to four small, healty meals a day and work out three days of the week. If you need a jump start - or if you need a little extra help moving the last little bit of weight I would reccomend it. IF youre looking for a miracle drug - this isn't it - if you don't follow the directions it will make you jittery, nausiated and possibly give you head aches. When I wanted just an energy boost I tried that Fahrenheit metabolism booster , a friend of mine told me about Venom, she said she lost 30 lbs in 5 months and kept it off. So I decided that Venom would just be a step up from Fahrenheit. I started just taking 1 a day during breakfast. I lost 5 lbs in the first week.

I moved up to 2 a day and so far I've lost a little over 20 lbs. I'm slowly weening myself off of them by doing 1 pill every 2 days. I was never dizzy or sick or had headaches or anything, I think because I took something else before it to see if I could handle the energy boost, then I knew I could handle something more. 4 stars

I lost 2 in. in my abdomen and 1 in. in my waist in just the first 4 days of using Venom! I used it for a month and felt great. You really do have a decreased appetite and increased energy. I didn't even want to look at food when I first started taking it. It makes you feel like you just ate a 3 course meal; therefore, you're not hungry at all. When I started taking 2 a day I did experience some dizziness and was light headed occasioanlly, but no major side effects. Two of my other girlfriends took it with me and they had great results as well. So 3 different body types and all great and satisfying results! 5 stars

I've taken a few fat burners (i.e Lipo 6 and Hydroxycut). I try to follow the instructions to a T to insure I don't have any weird side affects. Since I've been using Venom, I decided to take them just once a day instead of twice to see how my body reacts to them. I noticed the first few days that I took Venom I had this weird feeling. I don't want to say I was paranoid but it just kind of made me feel sluggish/depressed in a way. I don't want to get too dramatic, but that's the only way I can describe it. To make sure I wasn't losing my darn mind I skipped a day and felt fine. When I took one the next day the feeling came back. I even tried to switch it up and take it with my evening meal. I felt fine but a few hours later BAM! the feeling came back. If anyone else experiences this kind of side affect please write a review so I will know if it's just me or what lol. 1 star

This product help me loose 35 pounds in 5 weeks. When I got off of it, I only gained 6 pounds back in 5 months, and these were during the holidays. Please, Please, check with you doctor first before you take it. It has some side effects and some important directions. I have recommended it to many people though. 5 stars
