From the first time I used this, as my chiropractor's office, my neck has felt better than ever. I've had chronic neck problems for more than 30 years, and this is the first thing that has made a lasting and significant difference. I started using this because I had tingling in my fingers from sleeping in odd positions on the couch and knew I was pinching something. The instructions for using for the 4100 are kinda counter-intuitive and at first I did it my way. WRONG. When I followed the inventor's instructions, I got the best results. (With the 4100, you start with the lower spine first, and work that area before you go to the neck.)

This is the number one way for someone who sits at a computer all day to take a break. and you will REALLY feel it. It makes you feel invigorated. Physically and mentally. Google for the manufacturer site and watch the video. The last thing I want to be is one of those little old people with no spinal curvature when I hit 80. This is the machine to get. Pricey? Yeah, but so is your back. And this machine has spinal safety beat. 5 stars

I found out about this contraption at a chiropractor's office, and it was one of the few things there that actually seemed to really work. So, I got one for my own personal use, and it's great. It looks totally goofy, but at least for me, when I get neck pain and stiffness, which happens to me only about twice a year, using this even once or twice totally relieves it.

i bought this item for my brother in law He is having terrible neck problems and I have an arm that keeps going numb. I thought I would buy it, try it and then give it to him It looked strange and I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to put it on. I lay down and began to "pump" the thing, and I believe i said "ahhhhhhh" outloud I reached a point in pumping where suddenly my arm was not numb anymore! After I took it off my head felt so light! I had been having trouble with my back and have been studying about it. There is one school of thought that believes back trouble starts at the head...that your head needs to sit even on your neck (don't laugh) I began to look at people and sure enough..most people's heads usually lean to one side My brother in law has disc compression in his neck and he went "ahhhhhhh" too and thought he could sleep with this thing on LOL One remarkable thing was that whatever it did to my neck..it lasted all day! 5 stars

I have had neck problems for 30 tears and decided enough was enough and tried the pump out . It seems to have worked at stablizing my neck to the point that it just simply feels better. 4 stars
