I use Hydroxycut to loose weight for modeling shoots. I am 5'8 and about 120 lbs but even in the industry I am considered too overweight. In the past few years, my genes have caught up with me and it is now harder for me to keep the weight off. I am a vegetarian who doesnt eat any white flour or fried foods. I have been trying to avoid the industry's problem with eating disorders by eating right, exercising and taking hydroxycut when I need to take some weight off or to sustain my weight.

As for the actual pills, I take 2 before breakfast and two before lunch. I never take them after 4pm because they cause insomnia. The pills supress my appetite a little and cause me to have bundles of energy. I can normally only run on the treadmill for a max of 30 minutes but with Hydroxycut I can run for about 45-60 minutes straight. Normally I can loose about 5 lbs a week (probebly water weight) and can workout without getting exhausted.

I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to lose weight. If you will be ok with the boost of energy and the restlessness then I think it is right for you. The benifits definetly outweight the negatives. The product might not work as well for you if you dont excersise or eat right. So use this product as a supplement to healthy nutrition and excersise. 5 stars

While this product definitely does have its drawbacks, its positive effects have been overwhelming. First, it curbs hunger cravings like nothing else I have encountered, and, because you are required to take this three times throughout the day (before meals), it has helped me eat less at each meal. Second, its caffeine load is marginal, which means that headaches and other caffeine-withdrawl symptoms are out of the question and you have more individual control over caffeine intake. Personally, I think caffeine is a great metabolism-booster, as well, so I take caffeine supplements too; it's entirely up to the individual.
The only thing I have noticed with Hydroxycut is that I have more trouble falling asleep at night. Perhaps this could be attributed to caffeine intake or a more active lifestyle, so I'm not completely sure.
Overall, it's a great product and I'm satisfied (though somewhat pricey!). 3 stars

Been using this product for about a year and I must say overall, it is good. Let me first say that I used the product to maintain a certain weight and for a energy burst. I took two pills every morning and one on nights when I worked out, about 3 times a week. The product would subdue my hunger all day and give me that energy burst. However, on weekends generally at first, I did not use the product and I would eat everything in sight. Also, after work, it was always hard to drive home when the product wore off, because of the dropoff. Good product overall though. 3 stars

Well the first day I didn't read the instructions completely so I ended up awake the whole night. Besides that I am not doing so much exercise so that is why I don't see many results. But it gives you tons of energy, you actually don't feel the need to eat that much. So I would recommend you to buy it. And do some exercise. 5 stars

I wish that I had known a good friend of mine tried taking this product before I decided to buy it. I read the reviews here on Amazon and thought they were pretty positive so I spent some money and got 5 weeks worth of Hydroxycut. I learned soon after that my friend lost no weight on the product. Well I would have like to have had the same result. I've actually gained 4 pounds after 5 weeks of taking Hydroxycut. I followed the instructions pretty well and did exercise. Stay away from this product - it's another gimmick. 1 star
