I was a first time user of this product and to neti potting. So far I like this product and find it easy to use with no problems. I dropped it once on a tile floor and am sure the ceramic type pot would have broke. 5 stars

"4 stars Yoga Neti Pot"

My husband and I like this Neti pot. The form allows for good ease of use. It is virtually unbreakable, if dropped. The only complaint that I would have is that it does not come with any instructions. We had to learn on our own how tight of a seal to create in nostril (which isn't very tight) and what amount of (NON-iodized) salt to water is used. I had to research that online myself and I'm still not sure that we're using it correctly. I have been putting about 1 tsp. salt into an almost full neti-pot then shaking it while holding fingers over holes. Make sure to use luke-warm water, as well.
Is a neti-pot all that it's cracked up to be??? Well, it does seem to help clear sinuses slighty for some time, but needs to be used daily to maintain.
One other warning...be prepared for slight stinging in sinuses while using. Same feeling as getting water up your nose but not as intense. And some drips down back of throat. Which I read happens. Good luck. 4 stars
