This is an excellent product ... I could walk in them with comfort and ease. Only reason I didn't give more stars not enough availabily and colors 4 stars

I have no problem with my order with the Mule,Charcoal/Pink ,9 B It was different from the type of shoes that I usually wear.I like them I wear them all of the time.I also ordered the Black pair I haven't received them yet. I'm crazy about them and they're comfortable Thank You

This sneaker is super comfortable, slips on easily, and looks nice. I wore them for the first time on a trip to NYC and spent about 10 hours on my feet each day. They were comfortable from day 1 and didn't need to be "broken in." My only complaint is that the insert that slips into the shoe often slips out when you pull your feet out. I could probably remedy that by putting a little glue under them, but I like to pull the inserts out occasionally to wash them.

long story short, i needed comfortable walking sneakers and this mule pink-and-black shoe by new balance was one of those which came up on my search online. it looked good, i knew new balance made comfy shoes, so i figured what the hey, i'll buy it. worse comes to worse, i can always return it. but thank goodness they're awesome...i've been wearing them everywhere. i also like how it has the breast cancer pink ribbon. 5 stars
