"Best shoes if you pronate and for flat feet"

I love my Asics GT-2120. What a difference it makes to have the right shoes to run, no more knee pain. I actually went to a local store and had a running test done and tried on different shoes and this were the best. Great arch support. 5 stars

"The best running shoe on the market just keeps getting better"

The entire ASICS-GT line from the GT-1000 to the most recent GT-2120 are by far the best value for runners!

The ASICS GTs are consistently ranked the best overall running shoe by the editors of Runner's World Magazine year after year - and I agree 100%.

My last four pairs of running shoes have been ASICS and every pair has impressed me and kept my knees and feet pain free - even through my weekly long runs, which are up to 13 miles each.
(Asics make great running socks too, which make all the difference if you run longer distances.)

This particular shoe, ASICS GT-2120, is my favorite so far. I prefer this shoe to the more pricey ASICS Kayano, which provides less cushion and costs $135 per pair.

Just when I thought it impossible to love my GTs any more - ASICS outdid itself with the GT-2120.

"Very disappointed in the GT 2120"

I have been in the 2000 series from ASICS for over 15 years. I loved the 2110. I run a half marathon about every two to three months. The 2110 was awesome for the half and for the training. Since buying this "improved" model I have more sore and bruised toes, and the heel slips no matter how I lace the shoes. I have also noticed more foot pain after completing a long run in this model. I have tracked down a pair of 2110s online and have ordered them. I hope they hold me over until I find something I love as much. It certainly won't be the 2120. 3 stars

"It's no GT 2110"

Although I am still loyal to the Asics brand, I have to say that the 2120 is very different to the previous models of the 2000 series. I noticed differences in the support (if you're overpronated) when I started to get knee pains after the first day in them and now after only 5 months I can see the inner lining of the shoe start to wear away. I still own and use my GT 2110 which has no wear and tear although it has had more mileage put on it. My advice is to wait for the GT 2130 and hope that Asics made the necessary improvements to make that a comparable model to the GT 2110. Chances are if you aren't going to put that many miles on the shoe that it might meet your running need but for that price, why settle! 2 stars

"I don't know much about shoes..."

But I love these! I can't believe I spent so many years buying cheap alternatives! The first time I put them on, I couldn't believe the amount of support that was offered. Every single centimeter of my foot was supported. I work with severely handicapped children, and my body goes through alot at work. The pain in my feet and knees disapeared when I started wearing these shoes. 5 stars
