Swimming cap was shipped quickly, but then it got lost at my local post office. I did not consider this Swim2000's fault at all, but when I told them, they quickly sent me a new one anyway--free of any charges. It came in perfect shape. Can't wait to plaster it to my scalp. 5 stars
