I have been using one of these belts for over two years and absolutely love it. I recently started teaching a senior water aerobics class and after seeing how well my belt functions, 12 members of my class had me purchase one for each of them. Prior to using their new belt, some of the women had been afraid to go to the deep end of the pool and now they feel secure and confident enough to go anywhere in the water. I bought three of these..one for myself, my husband and 20 year old nephew...for a snorkeling trip in the US Virgin Islands. We all agree that they worked great! Not only did they provide that little extra security, but we were able to stay out longer because we didn't tire as easily. (I am a pretty big wimp and I was able to go out much further due to the fact that I felt so much more secure.) It was so relaxing to just float along on the ocean surface admiring all the beautiful sea life. Very comfortable. Highly recommended! 5 stars

I bought the aqua fitness belt to wear while snorkeling. Since I am not a strong swimmer, it helped me stay afloat so I could concentrate on seeing the beautiful fish and coral reef off the shores of Belize. It worked beautifully and I am very pleased with my purchase. Delivery was prompt and I was able to track the progress of my purchase. 5 stars

The product is fine, but the instructions did not address the one thing I bought it for: aqua-jogging. The little black and white leaflet gave a few exercises to do with weights, but did not cover aqua-jogging, nor did it indicate how to put the belt on or how it should be adjusted for best use. I've been playing around with it and have found a way to use it adequately, but I don't like how the belt rides up during "jogging" and has to routinely be pulled down. Nevertheless, I'm glad to have it and use it routinely. 3 stars
