a size 3/4 is what i normally wear, but this suit is extremely snug. it seems extremely well-made, although i haven't had a chance to try it out on the water. i'm hoping to be in better shape come spring (doing a mini-marathon), so i've decided to keep it. otherwise, i would reccommend going up a size, if available. 3 stars
