This is my first time buying a DC product and I wanted to try them out because I figured it was a pretty good brand. I wasn't disappointed at all. I ordered the boots, however the size I got was too small so I sent them back and ordered a bigger size. All the while, Backcountry kept me really up-to-date with lots of emails so I was never left wondering when my new boots would arrive or when I would get my money back from the exchange of the first pair. They got back to me so quickly too, within the hour. The boots are also really amazing, super insulated and warm, but most importantly very cute. However, Backcountry was just soo amazing with their service. 4 stars

These boots are amazing. They are crazy comfortable and really warm. They seem to run a little small so if you like a little bit of room order the next size up. Plus I got free shipping, and it took less than 5 days for them to be delivered. Backcountry emailed me and invoice and tracking number almost immediately. I worked in a snowboard shop when DC's Chalets first came out 3 or 4 years ago. They have definately improved from the first model where the cuff of the boot would sag revealing the insulation. 2007s version are not only HOT but they keep my feet warm and I loook damn good in em too! 5 stars
