I wear this rash guard shirt when snorkeling or diving, when it is too warm for a wet suit. I use it more for sun protection than anything else. As far as the fit goes, let's face it, we don't all have a physique like what you see in the photo. I am 6'1 and weigh about 210, and it fits me very well and I think it looks pretty good on me, too. My main worry when I ordered it was the sleeve length, which actually turned out to be perfect for me. The body length is very good as well. (I ordered the XL size) I highly recommend it.
