This kicking shield is amazing and was able to stand up to the torment that my brother and his friends put it through. Our sizes range from 5'11"/160lbs - 6'3"/240lbs and we were all able to attack the kick shield full force without harming the person holding it. I recommend this kick shield for anyone who would like to improve the accuracy of their kicks against a target or to release some aggression without harming someone. 4 stars
