There were a lot of different replica swords out there ranging from $20 - $120. I decided to go towards the high end hoping that I would get a sword that not only looked decent but felt 'genuine' when you held it. This sword definitely accomplishes that. It feels very solid when you swing it around (be careful). I'm not planning on bashing it against anything, but I think that it could take it. 4 stars
