"If you are to buy a baton, this company is the one you should buy from!"

I have been using batons in work for several years in as a P.I. and I have also used batons such as ASP. Though these batons are not from ASP or any other known brands they do theire work with the same high quality as ASP.
The service they provide is also the best I have ever been witness to.
So this is definitivly a 5 star store!
With regards
Jon Hagen

"As good as the ASP, half the price"

I bought this product first and then the same one from ASP, which is the premium name brand. The only difference I can tell is in the grip; this one is more foamy and the ASP was more rubbery. Both were great, I think I might prefer the foam.

As far as effectiveness, this WILL do the trick. A good knock on the head could incapacitate someone. A good knock on the limb can render that limb useless. A good strike to a knife-wielding hand will eliminate the threat of a stab. This baton is very sturdy, and can be deployed quickly by a simple flick/swing.

The key to using a collapsible baton is to not think of it as a baseball bat where you are trying to hit a home run. Think of it as a tool for making multiple devastating (but usually not lethal) strikes in a short time frame, each one detracting from the ability of the attacker to harm you and each one having a good chance of ending the skirmish. It is very fast, has a decent range, and it will definately put a hurt on someone.

To really reap the benefit of this weapon, I recommend obtaining some training. The Phillipino martial arts of Kali/Escrima/Arnis are centered around stick fighting that is perfectly designed for a collapsible baton of this size (26"). 5 stars

"baton review"

Love this baton! Very strong, nice weight but not too heavy and the expansion of the baton is slick - just a short snap of the wrist and you are ready to go.

Excellent product - very fast delivery. 4 stars

"Superb blunder."

The item arrived early, was in great condition, had a great foam grip, good weight, and was quite effective as a weapon. I used it mainly for exercise, swinging it like practicing shadow swordplay (Great for cardio). After a few weeks, without notice, the smallest section pops off. I tried to put it back in, but now the section it retracts into directly is stretched, therefore it does not hold onto the thrown section. Albeit I may have been a bit rough, or used it too frequently, it may have been too quick of temperature variations, I dont know. I will try and return it, and if not accepted, I will try to repair it myself, at which time if I have no luck, it is now a shortened baton. 1 star

"Very well built"

This thing is no cheap toy. This is a high-quality product that exceeded expectations. I was worried that it would slide open if I held it "face-down" but it locks closed by friction. A snap of the wrist and it's ready to go. Well worth the price. 5 stars
