This bocce set arrived today so I haven't had yet played with it. I'm sure it's good quality and all, but, being a graphic designer, I am very sensitive to the visual side of things and THESE BALLS ARE NOT SOLID in color. They are marbled. I did not want marbled balls. I wanted pretty solid colored balls like the ones pictured with this item description. Hmph. Marbled is just so untraditional. 3 stars
