I was able to modify a few to get them working. But for the price even a few functional stripper clips were worth it. 3 stars The following review received 2 helpful votes out of 2 total votes: Review Date: 2008-02-10 "they do not work !!" they do not work, rounds jam in the clip and do not feed properly. you are better of hand loading your rifle. i tried these clips in my m44, 91/30 and 91/59. the rounds were tight and would not feed. 1 star The following review received 2 helpful votes out of 2 total votes: Review Date: 2008-02-10 "Priced well, but there are problems. " The item was priced well, but I'm having difficulties making the clips work. The bullets stick and don't slide down easily. I've actually cut myself trying to push down the bullets into the magazine because I have to push so hard. I don't think stripper clips have to be broken in, but I guess they could, so I'll continue to try and use them and see if they improve. 3 stars The following review received 1 helpful votes out of 1 total votes: Review Date: 2008-06-09 "Mosin Nagant M44 M91/30 Stripper clip - Worst ones!" I've used several different types of stripper clips. These ones are absolutely ridiculous. The shape of the clips allow the bullets to be forced down with a decent amount of pressure. You are better off just pushing in the bullets without the clips. | |
