"Defectctive Product Poor Customer Service from Outdoor Accessories"

I ordered this product on 1/8, received it on 1/14 and the laser failed to work at all. I made a number of attempts to work with "Outdoor Accessories" to get a replacement or refund. It took an email to Amazon to prompt an email from them with a RMA. I sent the unit back on 1/22.The defective laser sight I returned was received and signed for by "KEBECK" on 01/25/2008. I sent another email to outdoor accessories on 2/4 inquiring the status of a replacement laser and have yet to get a response. I sent another email today requesting a replacement or a refund. Their customer service is horrible. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS VENDOR AGAIN. 1 star

"Awesome Green Laser"

This green laser is an outstanding bargain at this price. I can see it 100 yards in daylight with the naked eye. At night, it is simply awesome. Nick at The ARMS OUTLET provided excellent and professional customer service when the first laser had a mechanical defect. I am very satisfied with the replacement product, service and shipper. I have no problems whatsoever ordering from The ARMS OUTLET again, in fact, I will. I was asked to review this product by Amazon.Com, but it appears to be for a shipper other than The Arms Outlet - and at a higher price. Just another mystery in life. The Arms Outlet offers a laser like this with external adjustment dials for windage and elevation, but I don't see it offered on Amazon.Com. I would highly recommend this upgrade for an extra ten bucks. It is worth it!
"UPDATE 08-23-08:" I need to add a few comments that might be helpful to this review. In cold weather, at night, I began having laser problems. Here's what I found out. "All lasers get testy near the freezing mark." I verified this information with a reputable laser distributer. I'm certain that the military has overcome this problem by now, but if available to the public, these lasers would cost a mint. Here's what I did that worked for me - and cheap. There are several liquid-filled, reusable, pocket-size, heater packs on the market. The one I use is called RE HEATER. (Made in the USA) It is 3" wide and 6" long and folds in the center. There is an activator button inside that starts the chemical-heating process. After the heat has expired, simply place it in boiling water for 20 minutes and it is ready to use again. It will last for years and stay in storage for many months and work like new whenever the activator button is pressed. I wrap it over my green laser and cover it with a homemade insulated cozy and secure with a Velcro strap. This will keep your laser functioning properly in 32-degree weather, at night, for about 1 hour. I recommend keeping 3 or 4 on hand. Good luck. 5 stars

"POOR SELLER"

I am unable to rate the product because the seller, Outdoor Accessories, failed to ship the product within 3 WEEKS after I ordered. After contacting customer service and re-ordering, they failed to ship again. What a hassle! I would not recommend using this vendor, no matter how good the price may seem. 1 star for a small amount of professionalism when they finally did get back to me regarding my order. 1 star

"Defective Laser"

Product was defective and only worked once. Full refund received and only lost postage to send product to seller. Seller informed me during emails, that they had a 2-3% defective rate on this product. Refunding was process was fair. A daylight laser this is not and one should look at 35mw + if daylight operations is essential.

"red laser review"

laser looks good but when its turned on it should only show one solid red dot for aiming but it throws off 2 ghost dots around the main dot. not worth the cost or the shipping. 1 star
