This mouthguard would be good for any sport where you where a helmet... But it is not good for boxing!!! It works good to stop concussions but beware if you get hit in the mouth your lip will split open, it has happened to me twice. So I decided to get the Shock Doctor double mouthguard which provides the same concussion resistence and also alows easy breathing. 3 stars
