I sprained my ankle recently and have been having quite a bit of trouble icing it, as the most swollen part of my foot/ankle is on the outside edge, where it's not at all easy to rest an ice pack.

Found this Tru-Fit wrap at the grocery store the other day and I am in heaven! Not only can you place the ice pack where ever it's needed, but it stays put and you can move around, and it doesn't leak like the pain-in-the-fanny ziplock baggies do.

very convenient if you want to walk around. Product arrived in good time. I just wish the gel inserts were thicker and the corners rounded, since they tend to scratch the skin whenever the corners end up sticking out of the netting. 4 stars

Difficult for self application to elbow. Would benefit from an addition strap attached to end of cuff to assist securing. Otherwise good product. 4 stars

This is the best wrap on the market. It's the best because it is made of neoprene. The neoprene is more durable than the soft fabric covers of other wraps. It also holds the cold/heat better (wetsuits are made of the same material). This model is the most versatile size, as you can use it on ankle, elbow, wrist, or knee. 5 stars
