Amazon doesn't provide much detail about this mat. Mine just arrived so here's some extra info. It is 22" wide by 70" long and 3/8" thick. The integrated velcro straps work very well, keeping it rolled neatly for storage. 5 stars

I spent awhile looking for a mat because so many of them seem to be horrid. I'm very pleased that I chose this one. I've been using it for a couple of months and have no complains except I'm not sure how to clean it (there were no instructions on the packaging). It is very comfortable for moves that require rolling and does not slip. The attached straps are very handy and I have no trouble carting it around to class and back. The only difference I noticed is that the color (I purchased the blue one) is much darker than it appears online. 5 stars

The mat is great. It is really long and extra thick. The straps on it make opening and closing extra qucik and easy. 5 stars

This is a great pilates mat. I use it for yoga also, and I can do anything on it. I'm currently using it on top of my old thin yoga mat and it's wonderful. It's getting "stickier" every time I use it too, providing good traction. 5 stars

I just recieved this and love it. Yoga mats are too thin and hurt my back. But the mats that are too thick work against the moves in my opinion. This one is perfect, especially when balancing in a V. Forgot name of move. :) Definatly recommend. 5 stars
