This Pilates ring is grerat for my workouts. After trying rings with the typical pad, I found them the pads to generally be too hard and even if the ring had a pad on the inside as well as the outside, they would cut into my body when either pushing in or pulling away. This ring gives me the resistance I want while the pads never cut. Its 5 stars by me. 5 stars
