These are basically large bands that feel like small rubber bands. I got them to use with my Walk Away the Pounds Express dvd. They seem fine. The only thing I have to say is these look identical right down to the wording on them as my Bollinger ones I just bought at Kmart for 10 dollars. 4 stars
