This is a great item. Just lifting the machine 10 inches off the floor makes a world of difference. It makes it so much easier to change exercises especially if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor. 5 stars

Don't buy a reformer without buying a stand too! It really makes it easy to get on and off the reformer. Built extremely solid and was easy to put together in 5 minutes. 5 stars

As a senior citizen getting off the floor was difficult. The stand is only 10" high but made all the difference in world. I highly recommend buying the stand. It is very sturdy. 5 stars
