I ordered this band about four months ago to use with my Cathe F. workouts. On average, I'd say I use it about 2-3 times a week, and so far it's been great! It has the perfect amount of resistance, and it is nice and long so that you can do all of Cathe's exercises with it. It also has held up perfectly, and hasn't lost any of its resistance so far. Great product! 5 stars

it is a good band but it is too flexible, i should have bought the strong (heavy) instead... 3 stars
