This foam roller is an excellent buy. I bought the largest full round and have already used it to massage my muscles and to perform some stretches. The foam is really dense, so the roller keeps its shape. My trainer has one and he has a variety of people of differing weights using it - and it looks brand new! The quality is super! Perform Better also includes an exercise sheet with advice on how to get the most out of your purchase.

I recently had the dreadful ITB injury of most runners. I was recommended to use a foam roller by my physical therapist but I only used the roller at my gym and wanted one for home. This is COMPLETELY better than the white rollers at my gym. The white traditional rollers compress over time and feel squishy. This PB roller is firm, light, and well-constructed. It's also much cheaper than other rollers of the same size and caliber. I also recommend the black color, b/c the roller will be on the floor so much, and the blue, red, and white rollers start looking pretty dirty over time. 5 stars

I am a personal trainer and love this product. Mostly I use it for functional training and working on a balance. I use them a lot, they are very durable and the black color help them looking like new all the time. 5 stars

I only tried the foam roller after hearing how effective it was for Amare Stoudemire. After which I read up on it in Men's Health and on effective uses with Mark Vestgen. Now since recieving it and using it regularly, a pain in my hip that had been there for months has disappeared and I feel looser after workouts. I also seem to recover sooner based on the effectiveness of the "massage" that the roller gives. 5 stars
