The twist board would be more useful if it were a bit larger. The size makes it difficult to stand on while moving, about another 2-3 " would help. 3 stars

I bought this and later decided that I can do the same exercise by twisting on my wood floor in a pair of thick socks. The board is hard to stay centered on while watching tv. I had a tendency to drift either 90 degrees left or right and would have to get back on and start over again facing the tv. I also noticed twisting on it for longer than a minute or so gave me the most horrific side stitch which felt like a piercing gas pain in my stomach! Weird...and I am one who is in pretty good physical shape. I bought this because I thought it would be fun, mindless exercise while watching tv. Husband and daughter were right. They said it was a frivolous buy. 3 stars

I wanted a simple, portable way to enjoy moving my body more. This is it. I just hop on it during commercials or when I need to get up and move from my desk. It works. 4 stars

My whole family uses this. My five year old can't get enough of this. It's fun and you can get a good workout by adding hand weights and speeding up the pace. I plan to take this with me when I travel. I will be purchasing another one just to keep a spare because I never want to be without it!!! 5 stars
