They are super comfortable and last forever - I've had 1 pair for 5 years now! However, they do tend to run a little small. I usually wear a small or meduim in most clothing but I had to get these in an extra-large so that they weren't uncomfortable around the waist. I would recommend getting 1 size larger than you think you'll need! 5 stars The following review received 1 helpful votes out of 1 total votes: Review Date: 2007-09-01 "80's feeling" These remind me of the 80's shorts that we laugh when we see men in them jogging but boy are they comfortable 5 stars Review Date: 2008-06-01 "boring and basic" these are ok for your tween to wear under a mini skirt but they are flimsy 3 stars Review Date: 2008-06-15 "The first pair of shorts I always reach for!" These are durable and classic shorts. I have worn them for several years, and I keep adding more colors to my collection, as I do not need to look for other styles. The only negative thing I can say is that the waistband is too tight and leaves marks on my skin. If I buy the next size larger so the waistband won't fit so tightly, the shorts fit too loosely everywhere else. In the meantime, I keep waiting for the elastic to stretch with use and age.
