If you are looking for aerobic exercise or are limited by space. This punching bag will work well, for the money. Since it is inflatable, the bag is not made for hard punches, but more for technique and get that heart rate up. In my family everyone from a 3 years old to a 40+ has used it and they have enjoyed it. 5 stars
