The product was nice...however, it was the incorrect product. The company sent me a baseball glove instead of the softball glove that I ordered. I contacted the company, but they (the company) were not helpful in refunding my money. I was told they do not have a refund policy/program in place. They would exchange the glove for me, but the costs associated with shipping would be my responsability. 2 stars
