Be sure, when you get the bow, to adjust the rubber grip downward. The arrow rests on the top of the grip, so you want the grip placed slightly below center. Unfortunatley, I kept it how it came, with the grip placed in the center so my arrow would be slightly off center. Low and behold, more stress was placed on the upper half of the bow due to the incorrect grip placement, and the fiberglass splintered as the arrow was drawn back (this occured after firing several shots). When I adjusted the grip correctly(just pull on it) the bow became more powerful and accurate, and I was quite satisfied. The splinter doesn't look fatal, and can be taped over. Just heed this warning! The bow itself is good, and comes with one string (which is becoming worn). Really, the only problem is the grip, which must be moved. 3 stars | |
