The vest is great with many pouches and one size really fits all. There are several adjustment straps so you can adjust it to your size. Doesn't matter if you big or small like me you can make it fit.

You have two dumb pouches on the side where you can fit your magazines. I can fit about five M4 mags into each. You have another two pouches on the shoulder straps for a radio, battery's, or possibly speed loaders and then you have another 4 or 5 for w.e you like. The hydro system is great for out door games like the once we have here in Florida. It keeps you hydrated when you dug in your fox hole in 100F for 3 hours. I fill it half water and half ice. 5 stars
