I bought this for my son and he says that the air soft gun is accurate and powerful. The performance of the Desert Eagle .44 Magnum from Firepower and Cybergun ( who usually make moderately good quality airsoft guns) is very low quality, from the cheap feel of the plastic to the horrible velocity. On this site, they advertise the gun as having 290 fps with a .12 bb which is true, but the bbs curve up at a 70 degree angle 10 feet after leaving the barrel, making this gun extremely inaccurate. When using .20 gram bbs, the gun (or bbs) has an extremely low velocity, and drop to the ground 40 feet after leaving the gun. This gun is definately not reccomended. PS. The extra star is for lasting a year. (and it still unfortunately works) 2 stars | |
