As a U.S. Army soldier who recently came home from a year in Iraq, I was excited to see a M4 rifle which looked exactly like my rifle I had by my side everyday in Baghdad. Once this arrived, I was blown away by just how lifelike this weapon is. Every detail is exact, and the weapon functions much like the real thing. I wanted to teach my son about weapon safety, and you can do no better than to start with this model. It fires at a high pace with a good amount of accuracy, and I was surprised to find that one is able to 'Zero' the scope, again much like the real thing. As this weapon is INCREDIBLY lifelike, I would recommended a parent take into consideration where this weapon will be used. If the two orange segments of the weapon are painted black, no one, soldiers included, would be able to tell if this is real or not. Looks: Realistic and awesome looking. Moderately heavey too. Shooting: Wow! extremely fast for an LPEG (Low Powered Airsoft Gun for those of u who don't know). The high powered steyer AUG is the only one that might be able to compare, even though that doesn't last as long (mine broke after 2 months). About 230 fps. Nice full and semi auto feature. Accesories: Red dot scope good. Flashlight good. Laser is also pretty nice. Recommended. Oh yeah, this gun beasts in wars as an automatic rifle. You can easily give covering fire with thios gun, as it has a fully auto shooting system, and you can also use it as a primary rifle. Overall, a sweeeet package deal. The following review received 15 helpful votes out of 16 total votes: Review Date: 2006-04-18 "A very good gun" I have been playing this sport for a couple years now, and I must say that for the money, it is a VERY nice gun. The range is just fine for an AEG, its rate of fire is good, though I usually only use the semi function to save ammo, which brings us to the reason I gave 4 stars. BUY EXTRA CLIPS for you shall need them! At only 40 rounds in it, you really have to conserve ammo. The accuracy of the gun makes up for that. My team plays one shot kills, and I'm the stalker, but unless you are a good shot, extra clips are recommened. Which brings us to accuracy. While the gun doesn't quite shoot straight, it is consistant, and with the adjustible laser, incredibly accurate. The gun just simply feels great to use as well. Highly recommended, for beginners and vets alike, unless you already own a TM or CA. At first i thought that this was going to be made out of cheap plastic but it was made of heay grade plastic. the laser and the sights are way off but they can be adjusted to work perfectly. the semi and fullauto features are really good for combat. this guns stores nicely and shoots very fast. Its accuracy is the best out of all the guns i have ordered online. its rpm is incredbly high and so is its fps. i highly reccomend this gun to everyone 5 stars | |
