Honestly, I've used it once and it did the job of inflating my mini ball. It comes with several adapters and was specific for the brand of mini ball that I purchased. It is good to have just in case I need it again. Thank you. 5 stars Review Date: 2008-06-21 "I dodn't Get it!" It sucks more air out than it puts in.
