I love to run, so the dates that I know I would run over an hour I take my water with me. This thing start moving all body around you and wont let you run at all. I just found a garbage can on the way and there it went this product.... Don't waste your time and money in this item if you want it for running purposes, I don't know if would be nice on other physical activity but for runners,,, forget it. 1 star

My wife had to have this water bottle holder.
I went to every sports store and drugstore in
Nashville and Los Angeles trying to find it.
I finally decided to look on amazon.com and
there it was. She loves to bring it with her
to work out at the gym. A very handy little item 5 stars
