"totally satisfied"

I was very happy with this product. I use it all the time to make grilled cheese sandwiches and the ease of cleanup is incredible. If anything ever happens to this one I will be sure to buy another. 5 stars

"Well made, useful"

If your going to grill a burger use your outside grill (This item has no grease channel). But for sandwiches and waffles, filled sandwiches and small low fatty items this is a great item. My Waffles came out perfect, the sandwiches are fantastic, and I made little triangles stuffed with pie fillings for deserts. It does quite a bit, stays nice and hot, easy to clean (as long as you don't do anything fatty), easy to remove plates, and easy to store. I see taking this on a car camping trip and cooking breakfast for 2 on the griddle part of it. It will be very handy for us, and we will use it often. 5 stars

"Despite a small design flaw, I'd buy another"

I received this as a Christmas gift and it worked great for a few months. Waffles, grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes, meat, everything I cooked on here cooked quickly and evenly. The plates were also easy to clean afterwards.

The only issue I had was that the oil I sprayed on the plates to prevent sticking (such as Pam) always dripped onto the bottom heating unit. It would burn and was *very* hard to clean. After several months it stopped working completely, probably due to the oil in the base.

Still, I'd probably buy another because it cooks very well. My suggestion is just to be vigilant about cleaning up any oil that leaks underneath the plates. 3 stars

I just love this sandwich maker! It heats up quickly and makes great sandwiches. 4 stars

"great hard to find item"

Looked long and hard to find a 4 in 1 under $100. Works great have almost used it every day, real easy to clean because the plates come out. 4 stars
