"Great Product"

I was looking for a good back pack to take with me not only to school but to work and I must say this is the one. It's size is great and fits all of my items\books as needed. I normally carry three books (300+ page text book)plus my lunch. In all, although I only carry three books, it still has plenty of room to take in about two more.. Great buy!!!!

The JanSport Right Pack was just what I needed. It's quite roomy - larger than it appears. It also has two pockets (of different sizes) on the front.

"Appears I need to buy an new one... "

Am just about to purchase a new JanSport Right Pack. My last one is still functional, although stained, and had to re-enforce the main seam around the zipper. You would think that after 25 years of use, the darn thing would be perfect still. I have several other styles and makers, but this is the perfect pack for just getting around, will hold just about anything, and is plain and simple enough for classes or road trips. (mine was even my daughter's diaper bag, 22 yrs ago) as this is about as close as you can get to the concept of a good old rucksack. The only reason I am getting a new one is the stains and drawings on mine are little rough for traveling at my age. If you want a bag that will do what it is designed to do, go for it! 5 stars

"Ugly but useful backpack..."

I'd been searching for a long time for a normal backpack that would actually hold all of my things when I finally found this one. I've had it for about a year now. Nothing's fallen apart on it, even though I regularly carry heavy books, and throw it around a lot.

I used to buy cute looking backpacks every couple of weeks, like Hello Kitty bags. They were cute, but always broke. This bag is pretty average looking... But that's okay, right? 5 stars
