I am a little ashamed to admit that I don't use it when exercising, its so comfortable I use it to lounge around the house. I bought a black one. Great hoodie! Very comfortable and warm! Fits great! But I don't like the fact that the hood is pointed. I look like an elf or something with the hood on.
