"Ingenious "

I bought this product three weeks ago, and have used it about 15 total days. After a few uses, I realized the genius of these Push-Up Pros.
First, I tried them on the floor. As a middle-aged female, who can do no more than 15 men's push-ups at a time, these tools did not make it any easier for me to do more. I was kind of disappointed, although I realized my wrists did not feel as much strain. So, I kept them in direct view of my couch, hoping to be inspired while watching television. Seeing them in front of me, I used them a few more times, on the floor with the same results.
THEN, one night I decided to try them on the wall. I placed them on the wall and proceeded to do an entire workout. It felt incredible. I put them at different levels, stretching my back, my legs, holding my weight against the wall, and doing push-ups at my leisure. The next day, I noticed improvement in the core of my body and my posture: I felt almost like an olympic swimmer. After a few weeks, I noticed the flab on my arms diminishing. My super-toned muscles of younger days are now making a comeback.
The principle of this item is simple: there are no attachments necessary, and no markings are left on your wall or flooring. It is simply a way for one to exercise against the weight of his or her own body. Ideally, this is what we all should strive for, to be able to lift and control our own body weight (call it isotonics, kinetics, or whatever you want). I recommend a day of rest between extensive workouts, to give your shoulders recovery time.
The handles could be a little more comfortable, and I believe the makers of this product will soon realize so. These are, however, completely portable, inexpensive, and not a dangerous contraption, therefore I give them a top-rating. 5 stars

"The Essentials"

There is another version of this same invention currently available. It's twice as expensive and looks bigger. Well, if you need added cushion, padding, etc., then you might want to buy that one. I got THIS one, however, and think it was well worth it. Some people might complain that the handles are not "comfortable" enough. The first session I did I thought the same thing. However you get used to that very quickly. It's like anything, it takes some getting used to. The good thing about this device is it is so simple. It takes up no space at all, and basically the work is up to you. It's definitely worth the money. 5 stars

"It works, but feels flimsy and cuts into your hands"

I was just trying this product and it felt sort of flimsy. The motion wasn't very smooth and the handles have ridges that cut into your hands. After about 4 pushups I needed to stop because my hands were so uncomfortable. 1 star

"Buy the Perfect Push Up"

Buy the Perfect Push up. The Push Up Pro is cheap and does not provide enough support. 1 star

"Only o.k."

I bought these trying to save a few bucks but, in the end, I ended up buying the Perfect Pushup anyway. The push up pro hurt my hands and didn't seem to rotate smoothly. The Perfect Pushup is superior in both of these aspects and they are a bit taller which allows you to do a deeper pushup. Do yourself a favor and just fork over the extra dough for the Perfect Pushup. 2 stars
