I recently bought a new bike, and rather than transfer my older model Cateye, I bought this upgrade model. I normally take an 8-mile ride on my hybrid bike 2 - 3 times per week. Basically, I want to know how fast I'm going and how far I've travelled. I bought this Cateye because it also tells me how many calories I've burned. It also gives the time, total distance, maximum speed, average speed and elapsed time.

It is very easy to install and set-up (no tools required), as well as simple to operate. Even if you do more intense riding, this device should exceed your expectations. You get a lot for the price. 5 stars
