"Suunto T3 & Mountain Bike POD"

I really like the heart rate monitor on this T3. The heart rate keeps me informed just how hard or easy I am riding my bike. The Training Effect function is also a very useful feature. The T3 is a little complicated at first, but with constant use it becomes easier to use. I like the bike POD also as I can enter all the data off the T3 as I sit in front of my computer. 5 stars

"Outstanding "

I really enjoy the T3. The training effect is a new concept to me but seems to generally measure the intensity of my workout. It is nice to have a single measure to summarize my workouts. The watch has very nice log features as well. The Bike POD works great. Very nice to have speed, distance and all recorded along with heart rate. I have no complaints with the watch. 5 stars

"Sofisticaded does not have to mean complicate!"

After I miss a couple of polar watches, I decide to give a chance to this brand. As I could read includes a lot more features than a Polar watch of the same price level. Still it is far from being "wear and play".

Its interface is not intuitive at all, and after three or four visits to the manual (Now I understand what the user's manual are for), I still get stuck in the middle when I push the "wrong" button.

Maybe is a matter of being familiar with, but in the meanwhile I found it very complicate to use without having the manual at hand (something complicate when you're in the middle of your spinning class).

On the pros, is watch that you can use as your day to day activities, its looks is a lot better that a polar.

"Works great!"

I had no problems setting this up for use on my new bike. Wireless works great. Only issue was getting transmitter to stay stable (fixed by using part of a tire innertube cut to fit the front fork). 5 stars
