These handballs are of excellent quality for any beginner or intermediate handball player. They actually last longer than the USHA "Red Ace" handballs even though they are cheaper. However, they do not bounce the same way as the USHA handballs, nor dp they feel the same way when the roll off the hand. If you are a tournament player or a Public School Athletics League (PSAL) Handball player like I am, do not start getting used to these handballs because when you play in tournaments or comppetitive leagues, you will not hit the ball with the same accuracy. Overall a great handball, just don't use if you are an expert or tournament player. 4 stars

These balls feel and bounce the same as those from USHA. Granted these aren't the official USHA balls but the Red Label is identical to those "Red Ace" balls from USHA.

Since I am not a tournament grade player, I went for these as they are half the price of the ones from USHA. They perform great and come with the same style of warranty as those USHA balls. If you are a weekend warrior who is looking for good, durable handballs but don't feel like spending the cash, definitely get these Red Labels from Ektelon. I hope this helps. 5 stars

The ektelon handballs have been known for theire superiority over the spalding and USHA handballs. It however seems that these ektelon balls may have been on the shelf for a very long time as they do not bounce as well as the USHA balls.Unusual for ektelon.
