I was recommended the Freestyler over hand paddles or swim gloves because I'm specifically working on my freestyle technique. I'm a triathlete and my coach recommended that I try this training aid and it has made a huge difference in my stroke. I'd recommend it anyone that needs to work on technique and would like to see their times drop and the distances soar! 5 stars
